Ingredients
- Juice of 6 lemons
- 80 g sugar, or to taste
- 1 litre cold water
- 1–2 tsp orange blossom water
- Ice and mint leaves, to serve

Dissolve the sugar
Stir the sugar into the lemon juice until mostly dissolved, or warm briefly to help it along.

Add the cold water and orange blossom water and stir well.
