Harissa & Honey Glazed Salmon
A fast, modern Moroccan-inspired dinner: salmon fillets brushed with a harissa, honey, garlic and lemon glaze, then roasted until sticky and just cooked. The glaze caramelises to a spicy-sweet lacquer, and a scatter of coriander and sesame finishes a weeknight dish with real flair.

- Don't overcook the salmon — it's ready when it flakes but stays moist.
- Balance the harissa heat with enough honey for a proper sweet-spicy glaze.
- A final squeeze of lemon at the table lifts the richness.
Frequently asked questions
Can I grill or pan-fry it?
Yes — pan-fry skin-side down then glaze, or grill, watching that the honey glaze doesn't scorch over direct heat.
What sides work best?
Buttery couscous, a preserved-lemon salad, or roasted vegetables all pair beautifully with the spicy-sweet glaze.
