Frequently asked questions
Is this a dessert or breakfast?
Both — Moroccans eat dates, honey and yogurt at breakfast, and this dressed-up version works equally as a light dessert.
Can I use plant yogurt?
Yes — thick coconut or almond yogurt works well and keeps it dairy-free while staying rich.
